Adapun tajuk tersebut dikupas dengan sangat lengkap oleh Dr. Habiburokhman, S.H., M.H. (Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia) sebagai keynote speaker, serta tiga narasumber (Prof. Dr. Thomas Schmitz, Prof. Dr. Pujiyono, S.H., M.H., dan Prof. Irwan Trinugroho, S.E., M.Sc,. Ph.D).
